Request Support
Vanderburgh County REACT asks for at least 45 days advance notice for any request for assistance at non-emergency events and activities, but the more notice and the more details (about the event) that you provide, the better chances are that we’ll be able to arrange for enough volunteers to assist your event. Our schedule gets fairly full at times, and our pool of trained volunteers is not very large.
Vanderburgh County REACT can provide limited numbers of trained 2-way radio equipped volunteers for your next run-a-thon, walk-a-thon, etc., in the Evansville, Indiana area only.

By completing this PDF form and returning it to us by mail, in person, or via e-mail to events@VanderburghCountyREACT.org you are providing us with the details to determine if we have the resources and abilities to meet your needs. Completing the form DOES NOT GUARANTEE that we will accept your request and be able to provide the needed volunteers or services.
A Team Officer will be in contact with the designated person on the form to discuss your request further, once we receive this form.
REACT is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Vanderburgh County REACT does not “charge” for providing volunteer support at events, but we are supported 100% by donations from such activities, so any help is appreciated.
Events which are especially intended to raise funds for another charity organization are encouraged to make a donation to Vanderburgh County REACT in appreciation for our support.
Notes: We no longer have our communications / food service trailer available. We do still have our large capacity diesel powered electric generator / light plant, but the event organizer must cover the expense (diesel fuel, etc.) if this asset is deployed. Back in the 90’s, we’ve even used this generator to power the American Red Cross building during extended outages, if that gives you some idea of its capacity.
